Meet Dan & Kristen Hardy

Dan Hardy is Principal Broker and Owner of Hardy Properties, which he opened in Oregon in 2009. Dan opened Hardy Properties of Idaho in 2022. Now with two thriving practices in both states, he has a wide reach to assist clients with their real estate needs. Dan's wife Kristen, a licensed agent in Idaho, started her real estate career in 2003. Together they have over 45 years of combined experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Dan and Kristen annually are multi-million dollar producers, and over the life of their careers, have assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers. Dan was a mortgage broker with over 18 years of experience before becoming a full-time Realtor. Kristen, while working with Dan in their busy brokerage in Oregon, opened and co-owned a successful Bed & Breakfast in Oregon's Wine Country. With a wide range of personal and professional experience, they have a passion for transactions to be smooth and educational for their clients. Moreover, they find joy in helping people create wealth through real estate. They have one daughter Lucy, adopted from China in 2010, and a beloved Australian Labradoodle named Sylo, who is a wonderful companion and addition to the family.
